DescriptionThe Foundation aims to make the Granite State a more just, sustainable, and vibrant community where everyone can thrive. The Foundation?s Community Grants Program, which is open to nonprofits serving New Hampshire and select bordering communities in Maine and Vermont, focuses on efforts that advance equity, racial justice, and economic security. Priority will be given to organizations or projects that serve and collaborate with residents who face barriers to basic rights and the ability to thrive based on race or ethnicity, gender identity, age, socioeconomic background geography, sexual orientation, immigration status, ability, religion and other factors.
