DescriptionAn Indigenous-led organization dedicated to building Indigenous power, the Collective seeks to create sustainable solutions on Indigenous terms. The Collective's Community Action Fund furthers Indigenous Peoples' mobilization strategies as it relates to the defense, development, and decolonization of peoples and the planet. The Collective's Community Action Grants provide urgent funding to direct action and frontline organizing across Turtle Island (North America: US, Canada and Mexico) and related Island Nations including Borik'n/Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Tribes, groups, projects and individuals whose work, goals, and intentions align with the Collective's mission, values, core principles, and strategies are eligible to apply.
