Description

Established by Susan "Susie" A. Buffett, daughter of Warren Buffett, the Foundation's mission is to double down on values of equity, social justice, and shared humanity by making grants in Nebraska to organizations with missions the Foundation loves and people it trusts. The Foundation provides grants that help make Nebraska a more equitable place to live, work, learn, and play. The Foundation's Capital Grants help fund land purchases and/or construction for new buildings; renovation on existing buildings or grounds; or significant equipment or other long-term asset purchases. The Foundation also makes Operating Grants and Program Grants. Visit the Web site to learn more about the other types of grants the Foundation makes as well as application instructions
