DescriptionThis New Mexico-based Foundation is dedicated to enriching the health, education, environment, and cultural and spiritual life of New Mexico. The Foundation supports community-based work in the State of New Mexico that aligns with its nine priorities: capacity building in the nonprofit sector; economic development and family asset building; education transformation; leveraging opportunities in health care; local food industry development; building links between arts and community engagement; stewardship in community influencing the planning of built environments, and strategies for rural development. The Foundation awards grants in the following categories: Cultivate, Focus, and Lead. These three categories support the primary elements of the Foundation's Theory of Change.
