Description

Established by the Hall Family Foundation in 1983 as a fund at the Foundation, the Black Community Fund has invested in the African American community in Missouri's Greater Kansas City region for the past 30 years. Through the Fund, grants are awarded in support of nonprofits focused on enhancing the socio-economic aspects of the African American community in the Greater Kansas City area. Preference is given to Black-led, Black-serving organizations. Complete program guidelines and application instructions can be found on the Web site.
