DescriptionThe Foundation aims to center the voices and needs of communities across the District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, and Montgomery and Prince George's counties. The Foundation invites applications for its Health Equity Fund - Demonstration Projects. Under this Fund, the Foundation aims to support new and targeted ways to implement economic mobility models that increase strategic economic participation and build community wealth for people and communities with the greatest economic and health disparities. Projects must consist of two or more partner organizations working collaboratively in new and targeted ways to implement economic mobility models that increase strategic economic participation and build community wealth for people and communities with the greatest economic and health disparities. Letters of intent will be accepted until March 31, 2026 or until all funds have been exhausted. Additional information including application instructions can be found on the Web site.
