DescriptionSupported by the Rideau Hall Foundation, the Challenge is a national youth innovation challenge that gives young innovators a chance to start realizing their ideas through financial support, learning opportunities, and mentorship from leading Canadian innovators. The Challenge defines innovation as doing something better to make an impact. It includes improving upon a product, service, or process or creating something new that solves a problem or makes the world better. Team members must be between 14 and 18 years old. The project must be led and created by youth living in Canada. Current project categories, which are subject to change are: Community and Civic Engagement, Climate Change and the Environment, Equity and Inclusion, Health and Well-being, Technology and Entrepreneurship.
