Description

The Foundation seeks to improve the health of the community and people of eastern Missouri and southern Illinois. The Foundation's Seeding the Future Grant Program provides general operating support for one year to organizations with proposals that align with the Foundation's intended impact. Grants support organizational and civic infrastructure expansion, advancement of public policies, and/or efforts impacting systems transformation through and intergenerational approach for the improved health and wellbeing of people in Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois. General operating support grants may be used to address organizational needs, support salaries and benefits, invest in technology, strengthen communications efforts, or to meet other operational needs to advance systems change. Grants are awarded to organizations located in the Foundation's footprint of the City of St. Louis; St. Louis, Jefferson, St. Charles, and Franklin counties in Missouri; and Madison, St. Clair, and Monroe counties in Illinois.
