Circle Of Sisterhood Foundation

DescriptionFormed in 2010 by individual alumnae and sorority communities on college campuses across North America, the Foundation supports organizations that share its vision of making education a reality for girls and women around the world. The Foundation is particularly interested in funding entities in developing countries where girls are kept from school. The Circle hopes to help end oppressive brutality against women internationally by uplifting them from poverty through education. Grants are awarded to U.S. based nonprofits operating domestically and/or internationally that are implementing programs or services congruent with the Foundation's mission, which is to remove barriers to education for girls and women facing poverty and oppression.
