Description

The Foundation is dedicated to building healthier, more resilient, better connected, and inclusive communities where its bank branches are located. The Foundation's Community Grants program provides support to nonprofits serving communities in California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington, where the Bank has a physical presence. Grants are awarded in the following areas: Economically Empowered Individuals including college and career readiness, financial competency, and housing stability; Vibrant Business Ecosystems, including entrepreneurship and business expansion and small business support; and Thriving Communities, including family engagement and resiliency, vibrant and equitable neighborhoods, and technical and digital connectivity. Funded programs must serve a majority low-to-moderate income population, with priority given to programs benefiting under resourced communities.
