DescriptionThe Program is a philanthropic effort of South Carolina Student Loan Corporation. It provides grants to local nonprofits, colleges, and organizations that help South Carlina students succeed in school, their careers, and life. Grants are provided to organizations and academic institutions working to improve education, career readiness, or workforce development efforts for South Carolina residents and students in middle school through adulthood. Pre-K-5 programs and students are not supported. Grants are focused on supporting low-income, minority, and first-generation students, improving access to college and degree completion, and creating pathways to quality workforce opportunities. Applications are accepted at any time and reviewed quarterly. Visit the Web site for additional information and application instructions.
