DescriptionThe Trust was formed in 1998 to foster research and education on public policy issues that affect individual freedom and economic liberty. Grants are awarded for programs and projects that seek to develop solutions to the country's most important and challenging domestic policy issues. The Trust's primary funding areas of interest are: Economic Policy, Administrative State, Regulation, Law and Litigation, Film and Media, Environment and Health, Economic Mobility, Education, and Philanthropy. The Foundation primarily invests in scholarship that results in the publication of books, journal articles, and policy papers. The Trust will shut down on December 31, 2025 and will award most final grants in 2024. Visit the Web site for additional information and application instructions.
