Jubitz Family Foundation
DescriptionThe Foundation was established in 2001 following the sale of DAT Services, a division of the Corporation. Grants are awarded in the following areas: Children, Environment, Peace, and War Prevention. Grants in the Children category support and expand early childhood opportunities so that all children arrive at kindergarten ready to learn and achieve success throughout their lives. Environment grants look to protect and restore natural forest and freshwater habitats throughout Oregon. Peace grants support peace building activities in all sectors of society, with an emphasis on providing viable alternatives to war and violence. War Prevention grants support peacebuilding to resolve global conflicts and create a world without war. Both the Children's program grants and funding in the Peacebuilding program are by invitation only. Organizations located in Oregon are eligible to apply. Visit the Web site for additional information and application instructions.
