Priority is given to programs that promote social enrichment, advance education and employment, and expand transportation. Organizations must serve the following Northeast Indiana counties of Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Grant, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, and Whitely.
