DescriptionEstablished by an Oklahoma oil tycoon, the Foundation seeks to improve the quality of life in Oklahoma with its grantmaking. Grants are awarded in the following areas: education, social service and human service needs; and cultural and humanitarian programs of statewide significance. Preference is given to organizations that have been in operation for at least three years. Some additional information including a letter of inquiry form can be found on the Web site.
