Description

The Fund, named for the renowned Hotelier who was a visionary philanthropist committed to world peace and economic stability, supports the apostolic work of Roman Catholic women religious. Projects funded internationally include those addressing women, children, and families; immigration/refugee services; anti-trafficking; education/communications; healthcare; and clean water/food/agriculture. Funded domestic projects include women, children, and families; immigration/refugee services; antitrafficking; literacy; and homelessness. The Fund encourages grant applications that reflect the emerging priorities of alternative energy/communication infrastructure, and environmental issues affecting quality of life.
