Description

The Foundation supports nonprofits in communities served by the bank in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, and Wyoming. The majority of the Foundation's grantmaking is focused on alleviating poverty by assisting low- and moderate-income individuals and communities. Grants are awarded in the following areas: hunger and homelessness, affordable housing, financial education, youth programs, early childhood development, arts and culture, leadership programs, and healthy living. Applicants are asked to first submit a letter of inquiry to the local branch of the bank. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
