DescriptionThe Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the insurance Company. The Foundation funds community-based initiatives and programs that support the needs of the Company's customers and the greater community by improving their health and removing barriers to healthcare services. The Foundation recognizes that rural areas have specific health needs that are understood best by those within their own communities. It aims to support community-led solutions to health concerns in those areas. Applicants must provide services outside the seven-county Twin Cities metro area in Minnesota, as well as North Dakota, South Dakota, and the Wisconsin counties of Ashland, Barron, Bayfield, Burnett, Chippewa, Douglas, Dunn, Eau Claire, Pierce, Polk, Sawyer, St. Croix, and Washburn.
