DescriptionThe Foundation supports grassroots organizations and movements in making social change in their communities. The funded organizations must demonstrate having roots in the community they serve and should focus on children and youth. Grants are awarded to organizations located in the Pennsylvania counties of Philadelphia and Montgomery in support of community-based youth arts education, equity, literacy, and leadership programs, as well as efforts to promote justice within the criminal legal system, especially for youth and/or women. Eligible grant recipients will have budgets of $1 million or less. Some additional information can be found on the Web site.
