DescriptionFounded by a former attorney and outdoor advertising plant entrepreneur, the Foundation's mission is to support rural, public libraries in Texas serving populations of 12,000 people or less. Grants are awarded in the following areas: general library improvement, newspaper digitization, automation, and professional development. The deadline is for the Foundation's biannual Library Grants Program, which focuses on improving, expanding, and extending public library services.
