DescriptionThe Foundation concentrates its grantmaking on educational matters with an emphasis on disciplines from the social sciences and humanities such as economics, philosophy, international affairs, and government/politics. Experimental proposals in related areas are occasionally approved. Requests for general operating support are discouraged. Funding for endowment and building projects are rejected.
