DescriptionThe Council’s International Affairs Fellowship Program offers unique opportunities for mid-career professionals focused on international relations. The Fellowship is designed to assist mid-career scholars and professionals in advancing their analytic capabilities and broadening their foreign policy experience. The Program aims to bridge the gap between the study and making of U.S. foreign policy by creating the next generation of scholar-practitioners. Faculty fellows are placed in public service and policy-oriented settings, while government fellows are placed in scholarly settings. Applicants must be U.S. citizens; be mid-career professionals; possess a strong record of professional achievement; have a firm grounding in and a demonstrated commitment to the field of foreign policy. Interested applicants may apply online between July 1 and October 31. The online application and additional information can be found on the Web site.
