DescriptionThe Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the insurance Company. It supports community-based initiatives that improve health, remove barriers to healthcare services, and drive innovative solutions with a high likelihood of creating long-term change. Eligible applicants are located in the Company’s service areas of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, or one of the following Wisconsin counties: Ashland, Barron, Bayfield, Burnett, Chippewa, Douglas, Dunn, Eau Claire, Pierce, Polk, Sawyer, St. Croix, and Washburn.
