Ralph M. Parsons Foundation
Category: Regional
DescriptionThe Foundation has four main grantmaking interests: social impact, civic and cultural, health, and higher education. Funding is focused on organizations that show excellence, offer access for disadvantaged populations, and have active participation among volunteers, board, and staff. The Foundation’s concentration is not acting as an explicit agent of change or developing public policy, but on service delivery, especially those programs that change lives by helping one person at a time. Priority is given to organizations in Southern California, but the Foundation also supports some national organizations. The Foundation requests letters of inquiry.
