DescriptionThe Foundation seeks an equitable and just society where the basic human needs of all individuals are met, and where children grow up well-nourished, healthy, and with opportunities for high-quality education and the skills/tools to achieve economic self-sufficiency. Foundationís After the Bell Breakfast Launch grants help schools, school districts, and charter public schools make breakfast a part of their school day. Technical assistance and one-time grants of $10,000 will be awarded to eligible, high-poverty schools/districts and charter public schools in Massachusetts for the launch or expansion of After the Bell programming. Eligible schools must set a goal of 80 percent breakfast participation through their delivery model.
