Description

The Fund is a member-funded Foundation that supports community-driven organizations working to leverage progressive, dynamic systems change in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming. The Fund awards grants in the following areas: Momentum: Civic Engagement and Strengthening Democracy, Leaderful Movements, Economic Justice, and Criminal Justice. Momentum grants support efforts to engage historically marginalized individuals in the democratic process. Leaderful Movement grants support organizations and groups working to develop the leadership capacity of those most directly impacted by the issues that affect them. Economic Justice grants support those working to advance economic equality at the junction of race, class, and gender. Criminal Justice grants are awarded to groups working to dismantle the systemic criminalization of racial minorities and those living in poverty. The deadline is for grant applications to the Criminal Justice category. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
