Description

The Foundation seeks to make a difference and achieve an impact within a community. The Foundation focuses its grantmaking in four impact areas: blind and visually impaired, adaptive sports and technology, family and children, and miscellaneous. The majority of the funding is earmarked for individuals with visual impairments or who are blind. The Foundation partners with organizations where family grant sponsors live. While the Foundation does not accept unsolicited proposals, it encourages those who represent an organization that may fall under the Foundation’s guidelines, particularly those working with the blind, to fill out the contact form on the contact page of the Web site. Additional information can be found there.
