Description

The Organization’s Community Impact Grants Program supports nonprofits working in one of three areas: health, education and/or youth services, and housing and food security. Health grants support organizations or projects dedicated to supporting the physical, mental, and social well-being of individuals and communities. Education and/or Youth Services grants support organizations or projects that promote learning and access to learning, educational attainment college readiness, high-quality teaching and academic success, as well as activities that develop youth socially and emotionally. Housing and food security grants support organizations or projects focused on helping individuals and/or families secure or remain in safe, affordable places to live and/or encouraging access to healthy food that is safe, adequate, and nutritious. Eligible projects must take place in New York City, Westchester County, or Long Island NY. Proposals from national organizations will be considered as long as they have a local presence.
