DescriptionThe Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the medical solutions Company. The Foundation’s grantmaking emphasizes programs or projects that seek to improve the health of those with significant unmet needs. Grants are awarded to programs or projects that enhance access or improve the quality of care or assist in disease prevention and awareness efforts. Priority will be given to programs related to diagnostic, prevention, and treatment services for non-communicable diseases. All proposals must address the needs of underserved populations in Fremont, San Jose, or Valencia, California; Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota; Boston, Marlborough, or Quincy, Massachusetts; and Spencer, Indiana. The Foundation is most interested in opportunities to serve as a catalyst for positive change; support innovation, and leverage significant and long-term impact.
