Save Our Seas Foundation

DescriptionThe Foundation funds and supports research, conservation and education projects worldwide, focusing primarily on charismatic threatened wildlife and their habitats. It is committed to supporting activities that have the capacity to make a real difference to the health of the oceans and to the survival of threatened aquatic species and habitats. The Foundation has funded over 200 projects in over 50 countries across the globe. Each project strives for deeper understanding and more innovative solutions in marine research. The Foundation awards grants in four areas: Keystone Grants, Keystone Continuation Grants, Keystone Special Grants, and Small grants. The application process, deadlines, and conditions are dependent upon the grant category. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
