Description

The Trust was established by the founder of a Michigan tool and die manufacturer. It was established to build churches that will last forever and will never deviate or change from God’s mission. The Foundation’s grantmaking is exclusively focused on the construction of worship space, defined as the sanctuary portion of the church building, and excluding areas such as the fellowship hall, classroom, office area, kitchen, and baptistery. The Trust will fund 50 percent of the cost to build the sanctuary space. The Trust has two application steps. Interested applicants must submit and online application. If the Trust is interested, full application guidelines and requirements will be sent to applicants chosen by the trustees. The Bank of America acts as co-trustee for the Trust. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
