DescriptionThe Foundation looks to address the unmet healthcare needs of the people of Kentucky by developing and influencing policy, improving access to care, reducing health risks and disparities, and promoting health equity. The Foundation’s Conference Support Grants are available to nonprofit organizations or coalitions to enable them to conduct conferences, seminars, trainings, or symposia that are lined with the Foundation’s mission and focus areas. The Foundation’s Rapid Response Grants provide an organization the ability to respond rapidly to a local or statewide health policy issue.
