DescriptionThe Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the retailer of various women’s clothing brands including Lane Bryant, dressbarn, Catherines, and Ann Taylor. The Foundation’s Rosalyn S. Jaffe Awards gives financial awards to everyday heroes who are making the world a better place for women and/or children, specifically in the areas of health, education, social reform, and esteem. Three applicants receive grants from the Foundation under this Award. One receives a grant of $100,000 while two others receive grants of $25,000 each. Nomination forms are available on the Web site beginning April 1 at www.jaffeawards.com. Paper forms can be picked up at any of the retailer’s stores on or after April 1. Nominees must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
