The Foundation welcomes applications from anywhere in the United States are compatible with its mission. Applicants that have no previously submitted materials to the Foundation or that seek a more immediate response, can also send an inquiry letter containing a brief outline fo their proposal. The Foundation has no specific application format, but details on how to apply can be found on the Web site.
