DescriptionThe Foundation supports public libraries serving populations of 12,000 people or less in rural Texas. The Foundation’s Library Grants Program focuses on improving, expanding, and extending public library services. This includes digitization, automation upgrades, collection development, furniture and shelving, programming, and equipment. The Foundation will seriously consider any project submitted that enhances the services provided by the public library. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
