DescriptionThe Foundation focuses its grantmaking on addressing the unique challenges of rural living and helping people build healthy, successful and sustainable communities. Grants are awarded in rural education, rural human/social services, rural conservation and preservation, rural health, and rural arts and humanities projects. The Foundation has two programs: the Idaho and Montana grant program and the Kentucky grant program. Both programs have separate deadlines and contact information. Visit the Web site for specific program details and online letters of inquiry. The Kentucky program does not require potential applicants to submit an online letter of inquiry.
