DescriptionThe Foundation, a non-political education organization, supports programs and projects addressing the issue of economic illiteracy. Project supported by the Foundation include those raising the public’s participation in economic education and creating a demand for greater economic literacy; those that encourage measurement of economic understanding; those that develop the application of new strategies for teaching economics including online and Web-based instruction; and projects that help disenfranchised youth or young adults with children learn how to participate in the economic system.
