American Psychological Foundation

Description

The Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the American Psychological Association. Its Esther Katz Rosen Pre-College Psychology Grant Program awards grants of up to $25,000 in support of activities related to the advancement and application of knowledge about gifted children. The Program provides financial support for efforts aimed at improving the quality of education in psychological science and its application in the secondary schools for high ability students. Proposals also must work to encourage high-ability high school students to pursue careers in psychology. Visit the Web site for application instructions and information about previous recipients.
