Description

The Organization, part of the Farm Credit System, is accepting applications for its AgEnhancement Grant Program. Farm Credit is a nationwide agricultural network that provides credit and affiliated services to those in agriculture and related industries across the United States. The grant Program supports organizations promote awareness of and strengthen agriculture, commercial fishing, and the forest products industry in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, and Vermont. Eligible applicants include those that promote the development of young and beginning farmers; encourage leadership in agriculture; develop a greater understanding of agriculture; study the economic viability of agriculture; as well as promoting interest in the industry and/or affect the Northeast United States.
