DescriptionThe Company’s sole funding interest is the environment. Of particular interest are organizations that identify and work on the root causes of problems and that approach issues with a commitment to long-term change. Projects should be action-oriented, build public involvement and support, are strategic, focus on root causes, and accomplish specific goals and objectives. Topics of interest include alternative energy, biodiversity, forests, international, media/publications, resource extraction, social activism, sustainable agriculture, toxics/nuclear, and water/marine. Grassroots organizations are encouraged to apply. Applicants located near a Patagonia store should apply there.
