Description

The Foundation’s Small Arts Grants Program awards funds to arts organizations that offer programming in the greater San Francisco Bay area. The grants support programs within a range of disciplines including dance, film and media arts, interdisciplinary arts, music, theater, and visual arts. Grants may support artists’ fees for creative time, production costs for performances or films, exhibition/installation costs for visual, media, or interdisciplinary arts, and projects that aid the organization’s overall artistic development. Eligible organizations are those that are based in and offer programming in the greater San Francisco Bay area, which includes the counties of San Francisco, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Sonoma, San Mateo, and Santa Clara. Organizations must have annual budgets of between $100,000 and $750,000. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
