Description

The Foundation was established by Charles W. Carl Jr. to support capital and equipment needs of nonprofits that have a positive impact on the lives of people in Schenectady County, New York. Capital and equipment needs include building construction or repair, equipment, and supplies. In addition, the Foundation also is a major supporter of the Schenectady Rose Garden Restoration Committee, which is responsible for improvements to and maintenance of the Rose Garden in Schenectady’s historic Central Park.
