Connect 4 Mental Health
Category: Health
DescriptionThe nationwide Initiative calls for communities to prioritize serious mental illness. The Initiative’s Community Innovation Awards program recognizes local organizations across the country, which are implementing approaches that support individuals living with serious mental illness and their families. The Initiative will issue four awards to U.S. based community programs exhibiting innovative work in the four C4MH pillars: early intervention, creative use of technology, continuity of care, and service integration. There will be one award in each pillar. Submissions will be judged based on the program’s impact on the community, measurability/sustainability, and effectiveness in building community partnerships, among other considerations. Details about the program can be found on the Web site.
