Projects may be in any discipline: performance, dance, storytelling, photography, film, sculpture, painting, etc., as long as the project has a visual focus. Eligible applicants must be an emerging visual artist and a resident of Minnesota who has physically resided in the state for 12 of the past 24 months and who plans to remain a resident throughout the project period. The program is funded by a grant from the Visual Arts category of the Jerome Foundation. Applications will only be accepted online. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
