DescriptionThe Foundation is the philanthropic arm of PMI Mortgage Insurance Company. It awards grants nationally, with an emphasis on California, to a wide range of organizations with the objective of expanding homeownership. Other funding priorities include the arts, education, health organizations, human services, and youth services. There are no application deadlines. The Foundation requests applicants send a copy of the IRS determination letter, along with a description of the project, and the amount of funding requested.
