DescriptionThe Organization’s Sector Transformation Initiative supports HIV/AIDS service organizations nationwide that are navigating the challenges to service sustainability posed by shifts in funding, implementation of healthcare reform, and scientific advances in HIV treatment and prevention. Sector Transformation grants are available for costs of restructuring activities including staff, program, consultant, and legal expenses. The Initiative also offers technical assistance for specific restructuring activities as well as funding for “reverse site visits” to help organizations learn from others that have successfully restructured. Letters of inquiry are accepted throughout the year. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
