DescriptionThe Foundation supports educational institutions in the academic areas of science, business, fine arts, and law; as well as medicine/health organizations in the areas of heart, eye, and cancer surgery, treatment and research. The Foundation also gives preference to projects that enrich children, communities, public policy, and art. Organizations in Arizona, California, the District of Columbia, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington are eligible to apply. Organizations in Washington, D.C. are eligible for public affairs projects only. The board of trustees meets in February, June, and October, but applications may be submitted at any time. Application guidelines are available upon request.
