DescriptionThe Foundation is the wealthiest charitable private foundation in France. For 20 years, the Foundation has provided grants for numerous organizations throughout the world. Grantmaking is targeted to three areas: Community Support, which focuses on health care and education; Cultural Heritage, which supports archaeology, mineralogy, intercultural dialogue, and French cultural heritage; and the Environment, which concentrates its efforts on marine biodiversity, invasive species, and restoring weakened ecosystems.
