The Ittleson Foundation

Description

The Foundation has been serving the needs of the underprivileged and providing resources for organizations since 1932. The Foundation recognizes nonprofits dedicated to bettering the United States and focuses its grantmaking on new initiatives and model projects that have the potential to greatly enhance public policy and the lives of fellow citizens. The Foundation’s areas of funding interest are mental health, AIDS, and the environment although new grantmaking for 2015 will only be awarded for projects in the Environmental program area. Projects focusing on AIDS and mental health will be considered during the 2016 grantmaking cycle. Some information is available on the Web site.
