DescriptionThe Foundation is accepting applications from nonprofits for programs aimed at improving the health of Kansans. Recognition Grants, designed to fund unsolicited requests, seeks to expand the Foundation’s support to a broad range of organizations throughout the state. Priority is given to organizations and agencies proposing meaningful and charitable projects that fit within the Foundation’s mission of improving the health of all Kansans. Funding may be used to support strategic communication, coalition building, data collection to inform or support an initiative, or non-lobbying advocacy actions in a proposed initiative.
